The AC controls bathroom shower needs update

I liked the room with the view. All the staff was pleasant, tackled my issues.

Excellent location. Room very comfortable. Second time we've stayed in this location in 6 weeks

We had to beg for a late checkout due to personal reasons. Front desk finally agreed but neglected to tell staff and did not inform us that our room keys would not work after a certain time. Housekeeping kept banging on our door informing us to get out. Very unprofessional behavior

Parking lot signs need to be updated. Came in late one night after watching a show, parking lot full. Found spot to park, after getting parked saw sign that read "parking for registration only." I moved car, had to walk a good distance. Said something about it to bellman who stated the signs were not up to date, I would have been fine to park there. Frustrating.

Great location and clean.

Swimming pool water was too warm. Was almost hot. Would have preferred cool and refreshing. This is getting very picky tho. This place was absolutely great overall.

Need to upgrade the rooms but they were clean

The stay featured a beautiful view of the beachfront from the balcony. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was concerning, as the hallway and room had visible pest issues, which diminished the overall experience significantly. The overall lack of pest control response left much to be desired during the visit.

Exceptionally clean rooms with a view and good bar area. Had nice it's own balcony and closet space. Location just next door to excellent seafood restaurants, Tanger Outlets, and Barefoot Landing including Duplin winery, the tower and the boardwalk towards the Hilton. Early check-in, late check-out, welcoming staff.

Entertainment for the Complete Family.

Price is always important for those who are required to live within Budgetary Guidelines,Please offer more financial incentives for the moderate Class.

The oceanfront view from our room was fine, and we loved spending our evenings at Seaside Vista, enjoying the networking event with a gorgeous sunset in the background. My nephew had a blast at the water park, a highlight for our family.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be great.

LOVED THE STAFF.. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! View and beach were wonderful... Pools were great!

For the price paid and being rated a 4 star...I was surprised to see the lack of upkeep in the bathrooms.. Corners were not cleaned on floor and the shower grout needed repairing as well as the chipping paint on ceiling in bathroom.

We loved the open-air ballroom for our evening networking event, and the food was amazing. We also checked out local spots nearby, very convenient. Just heads up, some chairs at the pool were always taken, so get there early! Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway.

The noise was a bit bothersome on some nights, especially with the fireworks around midnight. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. Our queen suite offered fine views of the ocean and the pier. Access to the beach was just steps away, made everything easy and enjoyable. The pools were well-maintained and inviting for our family.

Occasionally, we noticed some disturbances from outside noise, particularly during the late evenings.
